Sharon has over twenty years experience in the learning and development sector with a track record of working with employers to implement their overall human resource strategies.

Prior to joining Watson Martin in January of this year Sharon spent four years working in education, helping colleges to develop closer links with employers.

She has been Managing Director of a Skills training provider in the Health and Social Care sector, leading the business in the development of new programmes including apprenticeships and new markets such as the NHS.

Sharon has held a number of senior roles in private training organisations and developed a thorough working knowledge of skills and employability needs from  employer, candidate and wider Government policy perspectives.
