Sam is an experienced HR professional and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Before joining Watson Martin, Sam worked at the CIPD as an Assessment Manager supporting B2B clients including a number of Government departments with their HR professionalisation agenda.
Sam has a wealth of experience as an HR Business Partner with a range of organisations including the CIPD, Total Gas and Power and Atkins as well undertaking HR assessment consultancy work. She has led on many HR initiatives including employee engagement, resourcing and talent planning, business reorganisation, performance management, employee relations and L&D.
At Watson Martin, Sam will deliver all levels of CIPD qualifications as well as supporting Apprenticeship and in-company candidates.
