Position: Marketing Consultant
At Watson Martin, Jo is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing the marketing strategies in-line with the overall business strategy.
Jo is a senior marketing practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in the workplace learning, corporate skills and human capital industries. Jo has an in-depth understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and has strong business and commercial acumen. Jo challenges thinking whilst always demonstrating the ability to deliver results. She has a genuine fascination with how marketing can be used to maximise company potential and how learning and development can improve organisational performance.
Jo has extensive knowledge of the role technology plays in supporting workplace learning and has a keen interest in creativity in learning and how the learning experience can lead to long-term behaviour changes.
