Heather Watson FCIPD
Before establishing Watson Martin, Heather was a senior HR practitioner within the manufacturing, retail and finance sectors for more than 18 years and then spent five years as a consultant, specialising in new business development and projects involving occupational psychology tools.
A CIPD Chartered Fellow with an MSc in Strategic HR, Heather has designed and delivered CIPD approved programmes at all levels. Securing corporate growth with major clients such as Asda, RBS and Lidl she has developed programmes to reflect client need. Recently she successfully project led the international launch of CIPD Level 3 & 5 L&D digital qualifications for Rolls-Royce.
Heather has been an active member of the CIPD for many years, as Branch Vice Chair, Chair and National Upgrading Assessor as well as contributing to the development of standards, latterly with the L&D qualifications. In order to enhance her strong leadership and management capabilities, Heather is currently undertaking a Level 7 qualification in coaching.
