Felicity Edmead

Felicity joined Reed Learning/Reed in May 2021 as a Regional Consultant supporting candidates on both the Associate and Foundation programmes. She has since taken on the role of Leading on the Foundation Certificate, developing study guides & VLE content, whilst still supporting candidates on both Associate and Foundation levels.
Prior to joining Reed Learning/Reed Felicity achieved a BSc Honours is Psychology before spending over 14 years working within both the public and charity sectors. She is an experienced HR Business Partner specialising in recruitment & talent management, performance management , employee relations cases and business restructures to name a few areas.

Felicity is a former Level 7 candidate of Reed Learning so is perfectly placed to support candidates on their journeys into people practice and supplement their experience to successfully achieve their CIPD qualification
