Emma Craddock

Position: Project Manager

Emma started her career in HR at Mobil Oil before moving into management consultancy, where she has worked with a wide range of private and public sector companies to help them bring about process and culture change. More recently, Emma was part of a small team at an internet start-up company with a turnover of £2m, in a customer supply and support role, so she is well used to responding quickly to wide ranging demands.

Emma has a special interest in training and communication, having designed numerous training programmes and developed and delivered training for clients. She recently completed a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. Emma spends much of her free time as chief chauffeur and support team to two children but still makes time to read.
