This module can be delivered as a standalone award or as part of the Level 7 Advanced Qualification in HR. Following this module will develop your understanding of the main elements of an effective learning and talent development strategy as well as the role played by line managers and other key stakeholders.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is for anyone wishing to develop their understanding of the main elements of an effective learning and talent development strategy. It is also suitable for HR/L&D practitioners who have L&D responsibilities within an organisation at either operational, tactical or more strategic level. It is a requirement for individuals wishing to obtain the CIPD Advanced Qualification.
There are no prerequisites for this course and prior to signing up we can arrange for an adviser to discuss your requirements and experience with you to ensure that you are enrolled onto the most suitable programme.
How is This Course Delivered?
