This module can be delivered as a standalone award or as part of the Level 7 Advanced Qualification in HR. Following this module in Employment Law will develop your ability to deal with employment issues confidently, competently and successfully. This module will provide you with practical tips to encourage good practice and minimise exposure to risk, as well as advice and guidance on the latest legislation, case law and employment initiatives.
Who Is This Course For
This module is suitable for experienced HR practitioners who have responsibility for human resource (HR) decision making within an organisation at either operational, tactical or more strategic level. It is a requirement for individuals wishing to obtain the CIPD Advanced Qualification.
There are no prerequisites for this course and prior to signing up we can arrange for an adviser to discuss your requirements and experience with you to ensure that you are enrolled onto the most suitable programme.
How is This Course Delivered?
This course is delivered in a number of ways. Our mixed-mode approach offers true flexibility giving you the opportunity to choose where, when and how you learn. For example, you could attend a 1-day workshop that is delivered in central London. Alternatively you can work directly with one of our advisers as they support your development with one-to-one guidance tailored to your individual learning needs. Candidates will also have access to materials and resources on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
How is This Course Assessed?
