What Our Candidates Say
Hear what our successful candidates have to say about our support, tutors, online workshops, virtual learning environment and more.
I chose the online programme because it meant I could work at my own pace. Having done CIPD and other qualifications in the past through distance learning I have found that it really suited my learning style. It’s given me much more flexibility to fit my studies around my work and progress through the programme quickly which is what I wanted.
Watson Martin stood out. I liked the way it was structured offering distance learning with a personal tutor and the extra option of support through exam workshops. It was flexible and fitted my needs. I have already recommended Watson Martin to a colleague.
The structured process run by Watson Martin has made the whole journey much less daunting. Dee has been really supportive. Knowing I could get in touch with her at any time to ask questions, or ask her to read over practice questions was incredibly useful. In terms of the exam, believe me practising timed questions is the key!
I had a great experience with Watson Martin. I felt completely supported throughout and everything was very professionally done. Having the CIPD Diploma does give you that credibility around the board table, particularly when you are delivering information and messages that don’t always go down well. Having the knowledge gives you the belief and confidence in what you are doing and it gives you recognition and credibility within your business to make the impact necessary.
What stood out for me about Watson Martin was the professionalism of the tutors and the emphasis placed on creating your own development plan during the course of your studies which meant that you could align your study to real time practical situations in the workplace. From my own experience of being on the programme, I quickly realised how ‘cold’ my answers would have been without real practical work examples to bring situations to life.
