Leading HR and L&D training specialists Watson Martin today announced it will be introducing the full range of new CIPD HR and L&D qualifications in January.
The new 2021 qualifications, which reflect the CIPD Profession Map, have been developed to ensure people professionals are equipped to make a greater impact on the changing world of work.
Candidates will be able to enrol on the new CIPD programmes with Watson Martin from January 2021 and can commence their studies in March. They will be able to choose from a variety of flexible delivery methods to suit different learning styles and all optional units will be available. As usual, all Watson Martin candidates will be supported by an expert personal adviser throughout their learning journey.
“The qualifications are a great opportunity for us and we are excited about introducing them next month,”
said Melanie Martin, Watson Martin Director
“Unlike many CIPD centres which offer a much narrower portfolio, we have offered the full range of HR and L&D units at each level for many years and so are well placed to deliver all the new topics. We are passionate about the long-term evolution of our industry and see the new qualifications as providing a strong foundation to support people professionals in their work in the years to come,” she added.
New CIPD Qualifications
Five new CIPD qualifications will be available from 11th January.
Foundation
One Certificate qualification in People Practice Level 3 which covers both HR and L&D and leads to Foundation Membership.
Associate

Advanced
