Dr P Amanda Harris FCIPD CPsychol has more than 20 years’ experience working as Head of HR/HR Director, both in the UK and internationally and in the public and private sectors, gaining extensive knowledge in employment law. She has a track record of developing and managing the implementation of innovative business and HR strategies and a proven ability to develop people at all levels of the organisation.
Amanda has presented several papers at professional conferences and sat on the governing body of the British Psychological Society for three years as Chair of the Continuing Professional Development Committee. Recently she has worked as a principle occupational psychologist with a particular interest in adult and organisational development.
A consultant with Watson Martin, Amanda supports candidates throughout their CIPD qualifications as well as delivering workshops and webinars. She has taught employment law for the last 14 years.
