Zita Lourdes

Zita is a Consultant with Watson Martin with a career spanning over 25 years leading on implementing successful organisational change and restructuring. Over the course of her career she has led on and successfully delivered various organisational transformational and restructuring projects and set up and managed the HR function for international companies operating in the UK.

Zita has also been involved in developing the People Strategy with tangible key performance indicators (KPIs) to add organisational value and competitiveness through effective people management focus and initiatives.  Passionate about effective leadership and talent development, she has developed various programmes for organisational development.

A Visiting Lecturer at the University of Roehampton Business School and the Claude Littner Business School, Zita lectures on various topics including International Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, Cross Cultural Management, Employment Law and Contemporary Employee Relations at Undergraduate and Masters levels.  She is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaches clients on achieving personal and professional success. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Joseph Grech
Career Coach & Training Consultant

Joseph is an accredited coach and trainer and his expertise lies in supporting and challenging people to get unstuck, achieve their goals and unlock their potential. He is extremely passionate about leadership development and has a wealth of experience in L&D across a range of industries globally.

Over the last 15 years he has worked alongside leaders and managers supporting them make positive changes in the way they work to enhance performance.  Throughout his career he has advanced in a number of roles including Training Manager for an immigration law firm and also in leadership development for Kingfisher plc, a FTSE100 organisation.

He has also managed people and teams for most of his career and found that building accountability and trust is key to their success. Apart from running his own coaching and leadership development consultancy, Joseph is involved in the design and delivery of CIPD and ICF Coach Training Programmes.
