Here you’ll find the answers to some of the querstions we get asked most often about open, public courses.
Where will my course take place?
Open, public courses take place at a training centre in Holborn, London. Full details and directions for your venue will be supplied when you book.
What time do courses start and end?
Delegates need to arrive at 9am or 9.15am depending on the course – you will be advised of the exact time in your joining instructions. In the first half-hour, you’ll register and get a chance to meet your fellow delegates.
Most courses start at 9.30am – again, your joining instructions will detail exact timings. Lunch is provided with all our courses – there is a one hour lunch break scheduled between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm. Refreshments are served throughout the day. Courses usually finish by 4.30pm and you’ll leave with a full course pack.
What is the dress code?
There is no dress code for courses however, most people feel comfortable wearing business casual clothing.
How many people are there on a course?
Numbers are limited to ensure each delegate receives the best training possible, but it does vary course to course. The maximum number of people allowed to attend a course varies. Most courses have a maximum of 14, but some courses like Powerful Presentations have smaller class sizes.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided with all courses. Every course will be provided with either:
• A buffet lunch in the training centre
• £5 food vouchers valid at many local shops & cafes

Who delivers the courses?
All courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and specialist trainers. There is a stringent selection process to make sure we get only the most expert and engaging facilitators.
Is there parking?
The nearest car park to the Holborn venue is in Drury Lane and operated by NCP. Please note that this car park is expensive and often very busy. Given the congestion charge and the difficulties of driving into central London we’d recommend using public transport. The Holborn venue is easily accessible via Tube, Bus or Rail and is about five minutes walk away from Holborn, Charing Cross and Temple tube stations.
Is your training accessible to people with disabilities?
Absolutely. If you have a particular need, like braille or large print training materials, just let us know when you book. As long as we have some notice, either in writing or by phoning us, we can accommodate nearly any requirement.
