About Angela Baron
Angela has written extensively, publishing books on Job Evaluation Performance Management, HR Strategy and Human Capital as well as numerous articles and research reports. Angela left CIPD in the summer of 2012 to pursue a career in academia and complete a PhD in HR reputation before joining the Watson Martin Partnership in September 2016. She continues to lecture for a number of institutions including Kingston Business School and the University of Sussex.
