Developing Your HR and L&D Apprentices

We have been in the Human Resources business for a very long time and have successfully supported countless HR practitioners through their CIPD learning journey. This knowledge and experience is used to maximum effect when supporting levy paying organisations to develop their HR and L&D apprentices.

We work with individuals and small groups and can deliver to the full Apprenticeship standards not only to provide Level 5 CIPD qualifications, but also meeting the 20 per cent off-the-job learning provision, functional skills, End Point Assessment (EPA) preparation and all of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) government requirements in terms of monitoring and reporting.

Your apprentices will benefit from the very best industry facilitators, a planned programme of workshops, 24/7 access to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and other quality online materials, a dedicated account manager, administration team, and rigorous monitoring from start to finish. In addition they will be able to upload their assignments and evidence straight on to our ePortfolio where their assessor can access it straight away and provide feedback.

Your line managers will be offered a range of support including: an overview of the content of each unit, objective setting, coaching techniques, conducting progress reviews and how to deliver feedback. All units are mapped against the approved Apprenticeship Standards.

Our Apprenticeship Programmes

Watson Martin is approved as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship training (RoATP) and is ideally placed to help your apprentices get CIPD qualified. We currently offer the HR and L&D Level 5 Apprenticeships for our public programme.

HR Level 3 Apprenticeship 

The Level 3 qualification is the academic equivalent of an A level, an ideal first professional qualification in HR. Aimed at employees who want a good grounding in the HR basics and have a supporting role in the team working with a line manager.

HR Level 5 Apprenticeship 

The Level 5 qualification which is set at the level of a University Foundation degree, is ideal for all those currently employed in advisory level roles who would like to further develop their HR management skills.

L&D Level 3 Apprenticeship

The Level 3 qualification is the academic equivalent of an A level, an ideal first professional qualification in L&D. Aimed at employees who want a good grounding in the L&D basics.

L&D Level 5 Apprenticeship

The Level 5 Apprenticeship standard which is set at the level of a University Foundation degree, is ideal for all those who would like to further develop their L&D skills.
