Leading HR and L&D training provider Watson Martin is expanding and has taken on seven new recruits to support the delivery of CIPD qualifications to an increasing number of candidates and apprentices.
Three expert Advisers, a Qualifications Manager and an Apprenticeship Manager have all recently joined the team to support programme delivery along with a new Sales Executive and Finance Assistant.
Watson Martin Director Melanie Martin, who established the business with fellow senior HR consultant Heather Watson in 2004, said the company had made the investment to ensure it was in the best possible position to continue offering a quality service to candidates and apprentices.
“Unlike many other training providers, we really value the personal touch. Every candidate and apprentice is supported throughout their learning journey by the same dedicated adviser who is an expert in their field. By adding to the team we are able to maintain our very high standards and also future-proof for further growth. It’s a really exciting time for our business and for everyone who has helped to make it such a success,” Melanie added.
Watson Martin is a leading provider of CIPD qualifications, HR and L&D apprenticeships, in-company courses and consultancy. The business is renowned for offering tailored, highly personal support and has helped thousands of people professionals to develop the skills they need to enhance their careers. It is one of the main reasons why the business has established its reputation as the CIPD benchmark centre for quality.
