It’s National Apprenticeship Week and to celebrate we have been looking back at some of the great feedback we have received from our HR and L&D apprentices since we launched our apprenticeship programmes three years ago.
We are so pleased with how well our apprentices are doing and it is wonderful that they make such great progress with the help of their adviser. About Watson Martin HR and L&D Apprenticeships
Watson Martin delivers flexible HR and L&D apprenticeship programmes at Levels 3 and 5 to both cohorts and individuals from levy paying organisations. Watson Martin will be launching the Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship in June. Aimed at those preparing to move into or have recently moved to HR, L&D or OD management and leadership roles, the programme includes core and optional modules which apprentices progress over 36 months. Candidates must demonstrate a wide range of knowledge, skills and behaviours they have developed during the programme, providing examples of live work they have undertaken, to achieve success. They will also gain the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development or the Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. The Level 7 Apprenticeship leads to CIPD Chartered Member professional recognition.
