If you want to develop your people skills and improve your career our HR Level 5 Apprenticeship Public Programme starting in January might be just what you need!
Open to individuals from any levy paying organisation, all apprentices who join at the start of the year can gain their Intermediate CIPD Certificate in HRM, leading to Associated Membership in just 18 months.

While all the learning is 100% online, Watson Martin apprentices are personally supported by an industry expert who provides advice and guidance on each CIPD module throughout the programme. In addition, a wealth of online materials is available via our renowned VLE including webinars, discussion forums and study skills resources.
