Watson Martin Partnership congratulates over 38 CIPD Advanced Diploma candidates who are celebrating their exam results this month. Of the 44 candidates who sat the exam, an outstanding 86% achieved success in the latest combined results for the exams in Human Resource Management in Context (HRC) and Leading, Managing and Developing People (LMP), exceeding the national average pass rate by a staggering 17 percentage points, the widest gap yet!
Over the last three years, the unique learning methods devised by the CIPD centre, have gone from strength to strength resulting in Watson Martin Partnership consistently outperforming other CIPD qualifications providers by an average of ten per cent. Combined results for the January exams further increased the gap with nearly nine out of ten WMP candidates achieving a pass or higher compared to just over two thirds of students nationally.
Results for the CIPD individual exams were equally impressive with 90% of WMP students achieving success in LMP compared to 71% nationally and 80% receiving a pass or higher in HRC compared to 68% of CIPD centres. While Watson Martin Partnership has continued to improve its exam success rate, the latest national CIPD results report a slight declining trend from 73% in September 2016 to 69% in January 2017.
Watson Martin Partnership Managing Partner Melanie Martin, who set up the business in 2004 with senior HR practitioner Heather Watson, is delighted with the company’s latest set of exam results which, she says, are a credit to the hard work of students and the depth of knowledge of WMP’s expert tutors.
“These outstanding results really do reflect the amount of tuition, support and guidance we offer our students to help them prepare for these challenging exams,” she explained. “With feedback from 99% of students reporting that our advanced workshops are ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ and nine out of ten describing the tutor’s knowledge of the subject matter as ‘excellent’, it’s not surprising that we are way ahead of the game.”
