Leading HR training provider, Watson Martin Partnership (WMP) this week celebrates another outstanding set of CIPD exam results with 84% of candidates achieving a pass or higher. We believe these are the best results for any centre offering the CIPD Advanced Diploma.
WMP Candidates achieve outstanding set of CIPD exam results with 84% of candidates achieving a pass or higher.
The latest results, which once again outstrip the national average pass rate of 73% by 11 percentage points, are part of a stunning year on year improvement in WMP student pass rates at Advanced Diploma level. On Monday, it was announced that 81% of our Human Resource Management (HRC) candidates passed the exam, compared to 70% nationally, while a staggering 86% of Leading Managing and Developing People (LMP) students achieved success, compared to 77% nationally.
“These are an absolutely spectacular set of results and are a credit to our students and tutors,” explained WMP Managing Partner Melanie Martin, who set up the business in 2004 with senior HR practitioner Heather Watson.
“This consistent success can be attributed to a whole range of factors which include the quality of our team here at WMP, the depth of knowledge of our tutors, and the way we support our candidates through a mix of workshops and individual tuition. We are absolutely delighted that another WMP advanced cohort are leaving us with the tools to succeed in their careers,” she added.
A CIPD approved centre for over 12 years, WMP supports HR and L&D professionals to further their careers through a wide range of courses and consultancy. The company consistently achieves higher than average pass rates at Advanced Diploma level. This year’s success builds on the achievements of previous WMP cohorts. A long-term trusted partner of the REED Group, Watson Martin Partnership, recently announced the expansion of its training portfolio to include over 100 courses and qualifications as well as in-company and bespoke courses. This includes management, leadership and personal development, previously delivered by Reed Learning.
All candidates have access to WMP’s Virtual Learning Environment at www.watsonmartin.com where they can take advantage of structured activities, exam questions, podcasts, on-line resources and personal feedback. Two workshops planned to take place three months and two to three weeks before the exam make sure that students are well prepared for the module.
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma is the most widely recognised professional qualification in HR and the highest level of CIPD qualification. The Advanced Diploma provides a broad range of practical knowledge and skills. Being fully CIPD qualified is essential for most senior HR roles.
